NGC 2392, also known as The Eskimo nebula, the Clown-faced Nebula, the Lion Nebula, and Caldwell 39, is a tiny bipolar planetary nebula in the constellation Gemini. This was an experiment at capturing NGC 2392 during a full moon, using traditional CCD imaging rather than lucky imaging with CMOS cameras. This is the best that I can achieve on such a small target (46") with 6" aperture scopes.
