NEW DISCOVERY: Strottner-Drechsler  161 (StDr 161)

StDr 161 is a newly-discovered potential planetary nebula in the constellation Cygnus. It has an apparent size of 10 x 5 arc minutes.
It was discovered by team members Xavier Strottner and Marcel Drechsler.
